Clongìan 2018
Clongìan is the Gewürztraminer of Corvée from the name of the vineyard located 630 meters above sea level between the towns of Faver and Altavilla in the Cembra valley in Trentino. It is a wine with intense aromas of mandarin, lemon zest and tropical fruit such as lychee and guava, enriched with notes of rose and tarragon, which end up over time becoming transformed into exotic hints. The flavor is rich and concentrated.

Brut Metodo Classico
Opera's Brut sparkling wine perfectly expresses the terroir of the Val di Cembra from which it comes. The color is a straw yellow with fine and persistent perlage, while the floral notes of hawthorn intertwine with the fruity hints of green apple and peach. On the palate it's dry, clean, with an aroma of hazelnut and leavening bread, which contributes to characterize its complexity.

Àgole is the pure Pinot Noir by Corvée, from the "Piz delle Àgole" a peak with a breathtaking view of the Dolomites and the vineyards of the estate. Dark and intense red color, bouquet of red fruit, blueberry, raspberry and maresca, with notes of licorice, violet, truffle and cloves. Balanced taste, which is effectively opposed to fresh acidity. An eclectic wine.

The Brut Nature Riserva is a Classic Method with a straw yellow color with golden reflections and dense perlage. The bouquet is characterized by hints of vanilla, enriched by fresh citrus notes, apple and hazelnut. In the mouth it's round and characterized by almond aromas, long and persistent finish.
