The history of the Torre dei Beati winery is strongly linked to the passion for wine by Adriana Galasso and Fausto, who after meeting at a tasting course decided to found the winery in 1999, starting from the vineyards owned by Adriana's father. The criteria underlying organic agriculture were immediately adopted, respecting both the traditions and the ecosystem of a territory already suited to wine for years as Loreto Aprutino in Abruzzo region. The vineyards of Montepulciano and Pecorino extend over a rich land characterized by an excellent display that contributes decisively to the birth of wines with a great personality, fresh and elegant, which reflect a healthy and courageous business activity. That project that was once born as a dream today has become a solid reality.

Torre dei Beati's Pecorino "Giocheremo con i fiori" is an organic wine, fresh and well balanced, with an acid and sapid streak at the right point that enhances its personality. It's a special wine, with a unique flavor that owes its best qualities to the privileged exposure of the vineyards on the hills at the foot of the Gran Sasso, whose strong temperature variations confer a surprising aromatic variety. It was born from the great passion of a company capable of expressing the best qualities of a ricoo and complex territory like that of Loreto Aprutino.
