District 9 Distilling Company is Ho Chi Minh City's first artisanal distillery specializing in premium gin. Born from the idea of ​​showcasing extraordinary Vietnamese botanicals, each batch is crafted using traditional copper stills imported from Europe and meticulously handcrafted. The result is a modern spirit that combines the tradition of classic gin with Vietnam's unique identity.

Saigon Baigur Premium Dry Gin is the first premium dry gin produced in Ho Chi Minh City. Hand-distilled with 16 botanicals, it combines 12 quintessentially Vietnamese ingredients with four classic gin botanicals. Among the most distinctive elements are fresh Buddha's Hand, steam-infused lotus flower, Phu Quoc pepper, Saigon cinnamon, black cardamom, lemongrass, and dragon fruit. The result is an elegant, citrusy, floral, and spicy gin, with an exotic yet perfectly balanced character.

Crystalline color, aroma: Intense and complex, with elegant notes of citrus, lotus flowers, juniper, oriental spices, and light herbaceous nuances. Smooth and enveloping, it opens with fresh citrus aromas that evolve into spicy notes of pepper, cinnamon, cardamom, and star anise. Long, dry, and pleasantly balsamic finish. Excellent as an aperitif or for mixing in gin and tonics and premium cocktails. It pairs perfectly with sushi, sashimi, shellfish, tuna tartare, Asian cuisine, ceviche, fresh cheeses, and gourmet finger foods.

Serve at room temperature or chilled at 8°-10°C (or on the rocks for tasting and mixing).
