Sông Cái is a Vietnamese producer that celebrates biodiversity and local traditions through unique spirits. The company works with small producers and local communities, selecting indigenous ingredients and promoting artisanal techniques. Production is carried out in small batches, using manually operated direct-flame copper stills, demonstrating an authentic approach deeply rooted in the land.

Sông Cái Viet Nam Floral Gin is an aromatic gin made with a base of rice alcohol and molasses. Its distinctive feature lies in the use of five Vietnamese flowers—dragon claw, ylang ylang, jasmine, magnolia, and pomelo—distilled separately to preserve their aromatic integrity. The result is an elegant and complex spirit that fully expresses the botanical richness of Vietnam.

On the nose, it is intensely floral, with enveloping notes of jasmine and ylang ylang, enriched with citrus nuances of pomelo. On the palate, it is smooth, balanced, and persistent, with a delicately fragrant and fresh finish. Ideal for mixing in refined cocktails or sipping neat. It pairs perfectly with spicy dishes, Asian cuisine, shellfish, and dishes featuring aromatic herbs.
