Campo del Guardiano di Palazzone is a white wine of excellence, a superb expression of the unique terroir of Orvieto Classico Superiore. Its singularity comes from a historic vineyard, called "Campo del Guardiano" by generations of local farmers, located in the heart of the Palazzone estate. The history of the Campo del Guardiano vineyard is intertwined with that of the surrounding area. Its privileged position, exposed to the sun and protected from the winds, makes it ideal for growing the native grapes that give life to this extraordinary wine. The soil, rich in minerals and marine fossils, gives the wine a unique complexity and an unmistakable flavor. The production of Campo del Guardiano is a meticulous process that begins with the manual harvesting of the grapes, carefully selected to ensure the highest quality. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, to preserve the delicate aromas and freshness of the wine.
