Cantina Cottanera was born on the slopes of Etna in 1960, since then it has been cultivating with love and passion and in total respect of the volcanic land, which has completely unique properties that make the cultivation system of the vines very complex, but which at the same time they give the wine produced unique characteristics. In the vineyards, almost all the interventions, including the harvest, are done by hand, in order to make the most of the potential of the soil without ever distorting it.

This rich and deep wine is a product of great flavor that collects within itself the typical characteristics of the volcanic soil.
