The Antica Colazingari liqueur factory boasts family recipes with almost 2 centuries of history, is always respectful in the care of ingredients and in the preparation and maturation of cold infusions, characteristics that give its liqueurs personality and unique scents that are refined over time .

Colazingari Genziana Superiore, born with gentian roots kept to macerate in separate containers to optimize cold infusion. Intended for those who like a discreet bitterness, capable of delicately pleasing the most refined palates. The preparation takes place with the mixing of the various ingredients, rest in the tank for at least 24 hours, careful and double filtering, finally we have the bottling.

Colazingari Genziana Superiore has a brownish color with golden hues. On the nose the scents are of gentian, the taste is bitter but savory notes.
