Apium Grapefruit Gin is a London Dry Gin characterized by a refined botanical composition, where lavender plays a central role alongside juniper, rosemary, cubeb pepper, angelica, verbena, and coriander. The result is a complex, fresh, and aromatic gin, perfect for mixing or enjoying neat.

On the nose, it is fresh and floral, with pleasant green notes and a delicate hint of spice. On the palate, intense floral sensations emerge, evolving into a slightly peppery flavor, well-balanced by the presence of juniper. The finish is quite long and persistent, with elegant floral notes.
