The Tiri Lemon Colomba is a soft and airy artisanal leavened cake, enriched with a delicate homemade lemon cream and select candied peel. The long production process enhances the perfect balance between the sweetness of the dough and the vibrant citrus freshness, resulting in an elegant and contemporary dessert.

Ingredients: WHEAT FLOUR, WHITE CHOCOLATE 25% (sugar, whole MILK powder, cocoa butter, skimmed MILK powder, emulsifier: soy lecithin, natural lemon flavor), BUTTER (MILK), sugar, fresh class A free-range EGG YOLKS, SOURDOUGH (wheat), LEMON PASTE, honey, salt, malt, NATURAL VANILLA BERRIES FROM MADAGASCAR.
Glaze Ingredients 10%: WHITE CHOCOLATE (MILK), CREAM (MILK), LIMONCELLO.
