The history of the Filippi company began with a love story between Maria and Giuliano who opened the shop in 1972. Ingredients: WHEAT flour, BUTTER, fresh EGG yolk free-range, candied pumpkin, powdered raspberries 8%, cane sugar, water, natural yeast (WHEAT flour, water), chocolate drops 4% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter. Emulsifier: SOYA lecithin), honey, salt, natural flavouring (vanilla pods). Icing ingredients (15%): sugar, water, ALMONDS 12%, ALMONDS flour 5%, rice flour, EGG white, olive oil, corn starch, flavourings.  May contain traces of other nuts and mustard.
