Rum Caroni Trinidad 10yo finished in sherry wood

Following the closure of the distillery experts and enthusiasts had the opportunity to visit the old warehouse containing hundreds of barrels of rum, some dating back to 1974, used to cut the youngest rum. The Bristol bought some barrels at the time of different vintages and then bottled, offering the chance to discover an incredible rum, a great piece of history of a country. Rum from light and golden color. The nose prevails a feeling of brown sugar and spices. In the mouth alcoholic note is soft thanks to the long period of aging, the taste is full and spicy with a long finish that invites another sip. The cantinaLo purpose of Bristol Classic Rum is the search for small quantities of fine rums, sometimes only individual barrels of a single distillery or a seal.

With a light and golden color. In the nose there are hints of caramel, oak, tofee and spices. In the mouth it is creamy, caramel dominates over everything followed by notes of dried oak.
