Gin Mare

Distilled in Spain by the Giro family, Gin Mare is born from the passion of Marc and Manuel, the third generation, and their collaboration with Global Premium Brands. Gin Mare is produced through a discontinuous distillation process with a 250 liter Alambicco Fiorentino, created specifically for this work. For maceration, each of the eight botanical components is added individually to 200 liters of neutral wheat spirit and water for 24-48 hours and to macerated citrus for one year, then undergo the distillation process. The obtained distillates are mixed by the Master Distillator to create the typical tasting notes of this gin.

Transparent, crystalline appearance; the nose is spiced with herbaceous notes that recall a humid pine forest and tomato plant. Thin scent of rosemary, black olives and citrus fruits. For a palate taste, the taste of this gin explodes in juniper and coriander fresh, then become bitter with spicy and herbaceous notes typical of rosemary and basil, which are well balanced with fresh notes of citrus fruit. Finish with notes of green olives, cardamom and basil.
