Nordés Gin

Born in the heart of Galicia in 2012, Atlantic Galician Spirits is the fruit of Xoan Torres Cannas and Juan Luis Mendez's passion for excellent spirits. The distillery, based in La Coruña, is dedicated to creating unique spirits that reflect the soul of the region through the use of local raw materials and artisanal processes. Each bottle is a tribute to Galicia, with intense aromas and a distinctive character.

Born around a table, in front of a plate of octopus and with a dream in the heart, the story of Nordés is a hymn to craftsmanship and passion for the Galician land. A sommelier, an entrepreneur and a master distiller, united by a single vision, have created a unique gin, the fruit of countless experiments and a deep respect for local traditions.
