The Rum 15 yo Opthimus from the Oliver distillery is characterized by a balanced and at the same time complex character. It comes from artisanal processes that follow a long tradition and make it so valuable.
Specification
The Oliver rum, like other spirits, following production processes based on traditional methods that distinguish the distillery since 1868. The Opthimus 15 years old, while possessing a strong identity, is reflected in some aspects, such as taste and aging , in Cognacs and Brandies; it is in fact processed and matured according to the Solera method (a particular aging technique) in order to make it possess particular organoleptic properties.
The light mahogany color with hazelnut reflections releases aromas of dried fruit, brown sugar, pastry and oak on the nose that enrich the sweet, full-bodied and balanced taste; the finish is characterized by a long persistence.
