Tequila Arette Reposado is produced according to traditional methods with 100% Agave Azul from the fields adjacent to the city of Tequila. It's aged for 8 months in bourbon barrels, and shows a light and bright yellow color, with a soft bouquet characterized by slight toasted hints.
Arette is the name of the horse that won the gold medal at the 1948 London Olympics, ridden by the Mexican general Humberto Marilés Cortes, from which the Tequila produced by the El Lano distillery takes its name. The factories are located in the center of the city of Tequila in the Mexican federal state of Jalisco, owned by the Orendain family who made the history of the famous ditillate. The raw material is Agave 100% Azul grown only in the fields owned by the Orendain adjacent to the city of Tequila, with an extraordinary terroir from which a plant rich in fiber and low water content is obtained, at the base of the full-bodied and tasty flavor of Arette.
Tequila Arette Reposado has a unique aromatic amplitude and extraordinary softness that is appreciated on the nose as well as on the palate. The aging in American white oak barrels enhance the full taste of the quality of Agave Azul.
