The Damoiseau family has been associated with the history of fine artisanal agricultural rhum since 1942, when it began producing at its own Bellevue distillery in Guadeloupe, in the Caribbean Sea. The secret lies in the quality of the raw materials, such as 100% of first-pressed sugar cane juice, distilled in a continuous column still, and then matured in wooden barrels, refining the sweet and spicy taste. Ancient practices that even seem to date back to the end of the 1800s and handed down to the present day with great respect for traditions.

Les Arrangés are the rums produced leaving the fruit to macerate in the white agricultural distillate. In this case the anans is cut and placed instantly in the bottles piece by piece with the vanilla, to which is added the white agricultural rum Damoiseau.
