Tenuta Luisa is a historic winery located in Mariano del Friuli, in the heart of the Isonzo region. The Luisa family has cultivated vines for generations, adopting a philosophy based on low yields, artisanal vineyard care, and the valorization of native Friulian grape varieties. Over time, the winery has received important national and international awards, confirming the quality and elegance of its wines.

Tenuta Luisa's Brut Rosé Millesimato is a sparkling wine made from Refosco and Merlot grapes from a single, select vintage. Vinification involves soft pressing and a second fermentation in a temperature-controlled pressure tank, followed by aging on the lees to enhance its complexity and elegance. The result is a rosé sparkling wine with a refined and distinctive character, capable of expressing freshness, balance, and a pleasant persistence.

A bright pale pink in color, it features a creamy foam and a fine, persistent perlage. The nose offers intense and complex aromas of red berries, fresh flowers, and subtle hints of bread crust. On the palate, it is elegant, fresh, and harmonious, supported by a pleasant acidity that accompanies a long, clean finish. Ideal as an aperitif, it is a versatile accompaniment to shellfish, seafood appetizers, fish carpaccio and tartare, seafood risotto, and delicate fish dishes.
