The Spumante Ribolla Gialla is a product created by the Puiatti winery, with a straw yellow color, with very delicate notes of apple, lemon peel and sage and, with an elegant sensation of toasted bread. On the palate it is decidedly sensational, fresh, dry, but with a pleasant crunchiness. The finish is intoxicating and with a persistent perlage.
