Blanc de Blancs

The Puiatti winery was founded in 1967 in Friuli-Venezia Giulia and since then has been able to grasp the changes, evolutions and challenges of the wine world by focusing on experience, innovation and competence with an eye always attentive to traditions. A growth path that passes through the enhancement of the territory by interpreting the delicate balance between environment, vines, climate and man. The Puiatti style is made up of passions, emotions, poetry, and that is why each label is the result of relentless research. A winery that over time has been able to experiment with the right amount of imagination and consolidate a strong and recognizable identity.

Blanc de Blancs by Puiatti is obtained from Chardonnay grapes grown in the vineyards of Romans D'Isonzo in the province of Gorizia, on gravelly and clayey soils rich in iron oxides. The harvest is strictly manual in the first week of September, followed by white vinification at a controlled temperature of 12 ° C, after which the wine matures in steel and subsequently in the bottle on its lees for 24 months. A classic method extra brut to drink as a pleasant aperitif or accompanied by a fish-based menu.
