The Blanc de Blancs of the Puiatti winery is a classic extra brut method from Chardonnay grapes, with a straw yellow color, fine perlage and a delicate fruity bouquet. Blanc de Blancs by Puiatti is obtained from Chardonnay grapes grown in the vineyards of Romans D'Isonzo in the province of Gorizia, on gravelly and clayey soils rich in iron oxides. The harvest is strictly manual in the first week of September, followed by white vinification at a controlled temperature of 12 ° C, after which the wine matures in steel and subsequently in the bottle on its lees for 24 months. A classic method extra brut to drink as a pleasant aperitif or accompanied by a fish-based menu.
