The red Sant’Andrea is a wine with great organoleptic properties, due to the use of an international grape variety, Merlot and another strictly indigenous one, Casanese. The vinification of the grapes takes place through maceration which gives the wine a subtle olfactory finesse; it continues with fermentation, maturation for 18 months in small oak barrels and bottle aging for a further 6 months, at the end of which the Dream is ready to be tasted.

Its dark red color recalls on the palate multiple notes of ripe fruit, wild berries, morello cherry and spicy hints of tobacco and vanilla. A potpourri of elegance, structure, softness and persistence, with a 100% Sant’Andrea character.
