Don Papa Baroko

Produced in Barangay with molasses from the local plantations at the foot of Mount Kanlaon, where a tropical climate is home to numerous sugar cane plantations. Produced the molasses immediately in the distillery for fermentation with selected yeasts. Distillation with column alembic and subsequent maturation of 7 years in ex-Bourbon fine-grained, already toasted and carbonized barrels to accommodate the Bourbon with an average 8% evaporation (Angel share). The result is a rum with a dark, full amber color; delicate nose with toasted notes, candied, chestnut honey, vanilla. Delicate and pleasantly persistent on the palate.
