Like the winds that inspired the name of the company, Scibà, Grillo and Nerello Mascalese have given particular strength to the search for uncompromising quality, offering the best our vineyards are able to express. The careful selection made it possible to enhance the Zibibbo grapes, whose cold drying in the fruit cellar enhances the most typical notes of this great vine, the Grillo, which has been wisely granted the opportunity to communicate its ancient potential and the grapes of Nerello Mascalese which, thanks to a patient refinement, show the virtues of a Sicilian vine with a noble tradition.
