Valdobbiadene Brut Bortolotti is a Veneto DOCG, heritage of a territory that has always been dedicated to the production of high quality sparkling wines. Between the Alps and Venice, the Bortolotti company works in harmony with the earth: every gesture of processing refers to the tradition and culture of the place; the climate and the soil make a high level contribution to the goodness of the grapes.

Thus, in deep soils with the presence of clays, marly sandstones and Miocene molasse, rows of Glera and Pinot Blanc grow. These are the two vines used for the production of Valdobbiadene Brut DOCG; 90% of the first and 10% of the second. It is precisely the two types of grapes that give this sparkling wine its main qualities: Glera makes it soft and elegant, Pinot bianco dry and rigorous.

We find these characteristics in the glass: Valdobbiadene Brut DOCG is composed and well structured, with aromatic tones and strong notes of pear. Its persistence emerges above all in the bouquet: it is fragrant, harmonious and with not excessive perlage.
