Graziano Prà is responsible for the affirmation of the family winery, already thanks to the activity undertaken by his father and grandfather, but it is he who makes the area between Monte Grande and Monte Bisson the homeland of Soave famous internationally, up to the beautiful history of the Morandina vineyard in Valpolicella. Thanks to its dedication to the territory and the enhancement of native vines such as Garganega, today the Soave DOC is appreciated by wine lovers at all latitudes.

Otto is the Soave Classico DOC from the Prà cellars from the "historic zone" between Soave and Monteforte d'Alpone, characterized by tufaceous soils of volcanic origin whose typical flavors are faithfully found at the first sip. The vinification technique is accurate with soft pressing of the grapes and fermentation in steel tanks at controlled temperatures between 18 and 20 ° C. A fragrant wine with a great minerality that goes well with first courses, fish risottos and vegetable soups.
