Despite the power and complexity, Caroni 23 yo Rum Nation has an unusual juicy character, thanks to the last 3 years of maturation in second pass sherry casks, which add a further layer of vinous complexity, richness and finesse.

Rum Nation was born by chance from the encounter with traditional rum vintage barrels during the selection of whiskeys for the prestigious Wilson & Morgan brand. The many years of experience in the refinement of whiskey are also evident in the refinement of rums. The idea that gave birth to Rum Nation was to let enthusiasts try single-origin rum blends with refinements with barrels deriving from marsala or sherry or even Pedro Ximenex.
