The company Salvatore Ferrandes is a small family-run agricultural reality and organic cultivation of terraced land on the island of Pantelleria where the family, of Spanish origin, is present for more than six hundred years.
The favorable climate, the generous fertility of the volcanic soil and the craftsmanship in the transformations allow to obtain the highest quality products such as capers, raisins and Passito di Pantelleria.
Of goldenrod, amber color. Very intense and persistent, typical of raisins and dried and candied fruits. The taste is aromatic, sweet, fresh, balanced and intense.
