The Vinanti winery was founded in 2009 in Chiaramonte Gulfi in the province of Ragusa in south-eastern Sicily dominated by the Iblei Mountains, with the idea of ​​producing wines with a strong territorial vocation and personality. This is the intent at the basis of the entrepreneurial activity of the Mazza and Ventura families who founded and consolidated the winery on a 15-hectare plot aiming for quality and maximum respect for the environment, nature and Sicilian millennial traditions. according to the dictates of the organic agricolture. The same passionate attention to detail is found both in the vineyards and in the cellar, enhancing indigenous vines such as Grillo, Nero d'Avolla, Syrah, Cerasuollo di Vittoria, Frappato to mention just a few of the varieties at the base of the Vinanti labels, synonymous with Sicilian wine excellence of today.

The Singolare is a wine from Frappato grapes grown on red sand soil with a good dose of limestone at 200-250 meters above sea level. Harvest at the end of September and traditional fermentation on the skins for 6/8 days. It matures in steel for 6 months and refines another 2 months in the bottle. It goes perfectly with the typical Ragusano D.O.P. semi seasoned cheese and arancini.
