The cellar of the Amastuola farm produces organic wines that express the terroir of this corner of Puglia in a faithful and passionate way. At the base we find the great respect, for the land, and for the Apulian wine traditions which is accompanied by a continuous technological research that skillfully combines ancient practices with the right dose of innovation. The vineyards have different qualities: primitivo, aglianico, merlot, syrah, cabernet sauvignon, sauvignon blanc, chardonnay, fiano, malvasia and white malvasia. From these varieties of vines are born 11 Apulian organic wines that embody the flavors of an authentic land kissed by the sun.

Calaprice di Amastuola is an organic wine from Chardonnay grapes for 50%, Sauvignon Blanc for 45%, and Fiano for the remaining 5%. The grapes are harvested exclusively at night, and the vinification and fermentation processes are extremely accurate. It is a wine with a pleasantly mineral aroma that delicately closes recalling the fruity notes recognized in the first place on the nose.
