Sangiovese Fattorie Morantico

Fattorie Morantico is one of the winery owned by the Colonnara cooperative founded in 1959 by a passionate group of 19 winemakers in Cupramontana, on the Marche hills where Verdicchio reigns. The passion for the land and the maniacal care for the vineyard have been the secret that today has led the winery to count 110 members who cultivate 120 hectares of vineyards according to an eco-sustainable and respectful of nature approach.

The Sangiovese Fattorie Morantico is vinified in purity from grapes of the homonymous variety in vineyards cultivated on medium-textured soils. The harvest is accurate and manual, followed by fermentation in steel at a controlled temperature. A good red ideal with pasta with meat sauce and aromatic dishes based on white meats.
