44 Edition Cuvèe Prestige Rosé

The Cuvée Prestige Rosé Edition 45 sparkling wine is a sparkling wine resulting from a meticulous selection and processing of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes. The winemaking process begins with the “pink” maceration which gives the sparkling wine its color; we proceed with fermentation in small barrels and steel vats at a controlled temperature; this is followed by refinement, the creation of the cuvée, bottling and further refinement on the lees. It all ends with the dégorgement in the absence of oxygen through a passage specially created by Ca 'del Bosco.

The salmon pink color opens to the nose with pleasant floral hints of rose and peony, and fruity notes of pomegranate and strawberry. A fresh taste with a subtle effervescence.
