It is a family cellar: inside there's Nicoleta Sirbu commitment, the talent of a young winemaker said, the support of her husband, the joyous smile of Nicoletta children (which sometimes decorate the barrels with colored chalk !), but above all a deeply suited Territory (the Colli Lanuvini), which panders with natural processes, one eye on the bio and very low yields. For this reason, customers who know us know that they can count on us, from the vineyard to the bottle.

Dry, structured and impressive wine, extremely rich in perfumes, Sara is particularly indicated in combination with dishes of white meat or fish soup. The wine is extremely rich in perfumes, different from each other. Among the most intense we remember the notes related to the aging in wood. They also perceive delicate hints of chestnut, butter and bread crust. Sara is a very structured and impressive wine. The low production per plant contribute to the softness and the pleasant taste. Obviously a dry wine, with no residual sugar, although the low acidity and high alcohol content are likely to deceive the taster.
