Hum

Hum is the white wine of the Sant’Andrea company with an intense flavor and resulting from a long and meticulous winemaking process. The 100% Moscato grapes are harvested in three different moments: the first part of the harvest takes place before ripening in order to give the wine the right degree of acidity; the second is done when the bunches are completely ripe, while the third is done late. The result is a white from Terracina PDO with a unique and incredibly complex flavor.

The straw yellow color with strong golden reflections makes the Hum wine pleasant and sophisticated: hints of tropical fruit blend with aftertaste of lavender, dried rose, acacia honey and mineral notes. The result is a rich wine full of intense aromas that recall the lands where the vineyards are located.
