Gizziello is the sparkling biodynamic rosé produced in the cellars of Palazzo Tronconi in tribute to the opera singer Gioacchino Conti born in Arpino in 1714, so nicknamed. The color is a light rosé, the bouquet is floral and fruity, with strong citrus notes. On the palate it's fresh and harmonious, endowed with the typical flavor that distinguishes the wines of the renowned Arce cellar.

Palazzo Tronconi is a winery in the heart of Arce in Ciociaria, where the ancient Arcese vines so famous in the Kingdom of Naples are grown: the Lecinaro, the Black Ulivello, the Pampanaro, the Capolongo, the Maturano Bianco, in addition to the Malvasia Puntinata, the Moscato di Terracina and Syrah. Wines produced according to biodynamic agriculture respecting the rhythms of the earth, the sun and the rains. Authentic wines purified from all external agents that undermine their naturalness, and the truest characteristic expression. An ambitious challenge that starts from the wines of the past to create the wines of the future. Palazzo Tronconi is also synonymous with hospitality in the historic medieval center of Arce with its Osteria and its Rooms, immersed in the emotional context of the vineyard.

Gizziello is vinified alone with Lecinaro grapes grown in the new vineyards of Sant'Eleuterio ad Arce, on clayey limestone hills at 150 meters above sea level. The harvest is manual in the end of September and the vinification follows the criteria of biodynamic agriculture, that is by means of alcoholic and malolactic fermentation with indigenous yeasts, and the refermentation in the bottle takes place by adding the must of the same wine, no stabilization, no clarification or filtration. The refinement in the bottle lasts about 6 months before the wine is marketed. A light and delicate rosé that goes well with fried food or baked fish au gratin.
