Its composition, based on a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay, with a higher proportion of Pinot Noir and a higher dosage (demi-sec), gives it a rich and fruity structure, enhancing the freshness of the ice without losing its aromatic complexity. Moët & Chandon Ice Impérial Demi-Sec presents a deep, brilliant, and luminous golden yellow color, crossed by fine, persistent bubbles that form an elegant and creamy perlage. On the nose, it releases an intense and fruity bouquet, with dominant notes of ripe tropical fruit (mango, guava), hints of nectarine and raspberry, enriched with fresher nuances of peppermint and citrus. On the palate, it is rich, enveloping, and delicately balanced. A juicy fruity sweetness is perceived, balanced by a lively acidity that ensures freshness.
