Yve Louvet is a small company in the heart of the Reims mountain that uses its own grapes in the vineyards of Louvois, Bouzy and Trepail, where the vineyards are classified as premier cru and grand cry. Care in the vineyard is considered a fundamental aspect to create a great champagne, combined with the most modern techniques to guarantee a traditional champagne but with a modern imprint. The Maison originated in 1835 and since then 6 generations have succeeded one another who with dedication and attention to production have created a very interesting champagne capable of challenging many established Masions without relegating.

The Champagne Extra Brut Absolu Premier Cru has a yellow with bright gold reflections with a fine and persistent perlage and a good olfactory complexity where notes of bread crust and golden apples stand out, notes of evolution. On the palate it is clear and decisive and with a good structure while maintaining a certain persuasiveness.
