Champagne Brut Black Label Lanson

The Brut “Black Label” is a Champagne produced by one of the most historic houses in Champagne. In fact, Lanson was founded in 1760 and still preserves and defends the ancient savoir-family tradition. '' Black Label '' the champagne produced by Lanson is a real business card of this very famous Maison of Reims, which decided to create a label that could express the typical profile of Lasson and its centuries-old tradition deriving from the care in making this high quality of champagne. At the end of the harvest, the Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier grapes undergo a separate vinification process, then the vin clairs are left to rest for a few months, without carrying out the malolactic fermentation and are then assembled to create the final cuvée. The second fermentation is carried out in the bottle, according to the Chapenoise method, with a stop sur lattes in the quarries of the Maison for at least 36 months.
